PROBLEM
Our decentralized operational structure, which includes more than 60 subsidiaries, makes carbon data management complex. The geographical distance between each unit makes our efforts to collect and standardize all emission data in a single center impossible.
Despite having a large amount of data, due to this scattered structure, we have been unable to establish a system that can convert the data into meaningful emission analyses and guide strategic decisions. The lack of a central and reliable database prevents us from creating transparent and auditable reports that comply with national and international standards. This situation severely limits our potential to achieve our sustainability goals and increase operational efficiency.
SOLUTION
Our Holding's complex and decentralized structure made carbon data management quite challenging for us. Right at this point, the Carbon Gate team developed an end-to-end carbon management platform specifically for our holding.
Thanks to this platform, we can now automatically collect data from all our locations and subsidiaries in a single center and easily perform our emission calculations. With the integrated features offered by Carbon Gate, such as carbon accounting, neutralization, and automated reporting, we have established a data-driven and transparent infrastructure on the path to achieving our sustainability goals. This solution gives us complete control over our operations, enabling us to make strategic decisions for the future.
